I let out a soft, rusty purr, happy to see my friend. I flicked my tail, my ear twitching. "I've been very well,

thank you. Though I did miss you." I offered up a sly grin. "And how are you?" I asked curiously. Last

time I'd seen him, he hadn't been stammering as much. I just hoped he was okay. I actually quite liked his

stammer, at times. It was rather cute. I blinked my storm grey eyes, keeping them on Larka as I waited for his

response.

{Oh dear, sorry about not responding earlier. ;-;}

Larka blinked, a smile spreading across his black-and-white face. "I-I'm good." He rubbed at his muzzle awkwardly, avoiding Dark's gaze. "I mi-missed you too." The tom lowered his paw and twitched his whiskers as an idea came to him. "Hey, are you h-hungry? I mean, I k-k-know you h-have your r-rat, but I f-found a p-pizza earlier. We c-c-could share, if you'd l-like." Larka motioned at the trashcans further down the alley. He'd been lucky enough to discover a pizza box with half a pizza still inside. Why humans would throw perfectly decent food out was beyond him, but hey, at least ig gave him a meal.

[duckteeth]

[-puts roleplay on...some sort of life saving thingy-]

Twinkle laughed at Tannaheare, eyes closing with amusement. "Siwwy, you can't kiww a fedder, it'sth not alife!" He meowed, his paws on his nose making his voice a bit...off. Suddenly, the young tom let out a huge sneeze and fell over. The feather floated down and landed on his whiskers. "Where'd it go?" he said loudly, turning around in circles.

Dark.
The large she-cat blinked slowly, her storm grey eyes flashing with happiness. "MM....Pizza, how could I turn down italian?" SHe let out a rusty half purr, half chuckle. Standing up, Dark stretched, slinking out of the rather cramped space. SHe glanced up at the night(?) sky, the stars twinkling merrily and the half moon giving off a soft glow. Her fur was washed in silver, as was Larka's, and the entire city. The effect was breathtaking. The female swung her broad head back to glance at her small friend. "Lead the way then, captain' " She grinned, showing her sharp white teeth. Her tail swished, the only sound in the city exept for the distant rumble of cars.

Tannaheare stared at Twinkle, resisting the urge to gape in disbelief with great difficulty. "What? It flew off. Why are you so..." Dense? The tom got to his feet, just about ready to leave. A throaty purr caught his attention, and he whipped his head around.

"You can't blame Twinkle. He's just like that." A large, round black tom was strolled up to them, his perfectly round eyes bright. Tannaheare drew his ears back, startled by his sudden appearance.

"Who're you?"

"Jonathan Clark, at your service, sir!" The black cat sat down and brought his left paw to his head in a sort of salute. "How are you today, Twinkle?"

"I k-know you love your I-Italian," Larka teasted Dark, hardly daring to beleive his boldness. He instantly toned down a bit. "It's o-over here." The tom padded down the alleyway and paused beside the trashcan, dragging the greasy box out into the open. The delicous scent of pepperoni drifted upwards and his belly rumbled. He'd only taken a bite before encountering Dark. "L-ladies first." Larka motioned Dark over.

The grey and black tanny's grin widened as Larka teased her. She flicked him gently with her tail, hurrying after him with a lightness in her step. SHe sprang forwards, settling next to the box, eyes wide as she breathed in the cold night air. She smiled, her tail flicking back and forth against the pavement. "ALrighty, thanks Larka." She told him, taking a bite of the pizza, then glancing at her friend. "So, whatcha been up to lately?" She asked conversationally.

Twinkle smiled brightly and made a sort of waving motion with his paw. "Hi Jonathan Clark! I'm good, these nice cats came and started talking to me and we've been having a really good time, right?" he meowed cheerily, looking at Tannaheare and waiting for him to confirm the amazing time they' been having.
