I would honestly call that an over offer on your part. Keep in mind that while the zebras are "OMG so rare!" now, unlike UR pets, they will continue to be released. It will be unlikely for people to get one like always, but some people will, so in time their rarity will go down. I'd say even now I'd consider it on the low end of "OMG so rare!" leaning more towards "Very Rare" because I know quite a few people got one on Dec 18th and some got one the day the Christmas zebras were released. So I would not offer that much for a zebra. But in the past people might have paid that much, so it's a judgment call. I'd say start a few very rare dogs lower and then add more if you need to.

If it's an auction I'd say start lower. If it's a trade you're going to send, send less and see if they accept. If it's a trade you received, edit a few of yours out or some rares of theirs in and tell them they can edit again if necessary.
