Mey lay down in the river in hysterics. Clutching her stomach she giggled, "You, look, so, grace, ful!" between breaths. Whiping her eyes she glanced back up at Nate before bursting with laughter again

Luca got up reluctantly from his perch in the sun and staggered lazily inside. He kept his head low, his fringe falling over his eyes, casting a jagged shadow over his face. He walked straight into something, someone and staggered backwards. Nat. His face contorted into a frustrated frown, "Hey watch where you're going!" he raised his head marginally and took in the red haired girl in front of him. He didn't remember seeing her around here before.


::Nathan::

Nathan finally stopped flailing around like a fish out of water, and stopped triumphantly, producing a tiny minnow from below his waistline, he breathed a sigh of relief, before the cocky smirk returned, "I bet that little fish got more than it bargained for when it went down there..." he chuckled cheekily and let the petrified minnow return to the sanctuary of the river.

He flopped heavily down next to Mey laughing again and refastened the belt on his trousers; only one notch tighter this time so there were no gaps for unwanted visiters.

Mey stopped laughing and sat up before flicking water at Nate. She splashed water at her face before wiggling her toes and watching the fish swim round her feet, "I love it here" she murmered before lieing back down in the water and watching the sky.

"Yeah.. It's real pretty..." Nate said putting his hands behind his head. He stared for a minute, and opened his mouth almost like he was going to say something; but stopped himself. He slowly; almost reluctantly, got to his feet and offered Mey his hand, "No funny business this time ok?" he raised an eyebrow and smiled.

Mey took Nates hand and got up she smiled at him "do we have to go back now?" she asked worried that something had happened

Nate sensed her worry and smiled reassuringly. "Well we gotta return to civilisation at some point, now seemed as good as any to go." he kept hold of her hand holding it up slightly and began to wade out of the water, "besides I'm hungry and wet and my trousers are beginning to stick in uncomfortable places!"

Mey giggled quietly and followed Nate out of the river still hollding his hand, water dripping down her back and legs. Taking hold of Zelda's reins she flung herself onto her back, "race you back" she said with a cheeky smile, as she kicked Zelda and went into gallop.

Nate grinned, "Oh whoa! Not fair!!" he ran at Xander who was already trotting after Mey and vaulted onto the stallion effortlessly. He lashed his reins around his saddle horn quickly checking his shirt, jacket and boots were in his saddle bag before plonking his hat firmly on his head. He grabbed the reins, holding them in one hand and urged on Xander with his other. Xander was shirt but fast and he managed to catch up the ground fast, but didn't quite have the stride to pull alongside Zelda.

Zelda skidded to a stop back at the Manor, "Nate, we need to get changed quickly, there is a strict rule on wet clothing" She said as she put Zelda back into her stall and fed her a carrot.
