Aurora glared at him for a moment, with his sarcastic remark. She followed behind him, crossing her arms. "Why did you agree to this," she asked. She knew he could've easily refused this invitation.

Eli shrugged slightly. "Because," he said simply, not sure why he did so himself. He went outside into an awaiting carriage, and waited for Aurora to come inside.

"That doesn't really answer my question," she muttered. She hesitated at the carriage for a moment, before she got in, sitting across from Eli. It was strange, being in such a small space with him. This was probably the closest they had been near each other, without him abusing her.

Steven came out of his office, looking at Celeste. "They're on their way," he said.

Eli leaned againt the ide of the carriage, gazing out the window. His hazel eyes looked distant as he became lost in thought. Not really thinking about anything in particular, just thinking.

"Yay!" Celeste said brightly. Without thinking, she threw her arms around Steven happily.

Steven laughed lightly, a bit surprised when she threw her arms around him. "Why don't you go get ready?"

Aurora sat quietly, staring down at her hands in her lap. She glanced up at Eli, seeing that he was lost in thought, and decided not to bother again. Instead, she went back to staring at her hands.

Eli willed for the carriage to hurry up. He didn`t like being so close to someone in such a small space. It just made him really uneasy.

"I am ready," Celeste decided, releasing Steven when she realized what she was doing.

Steven chuckled, nodding. "Alright then. All we have to do then is wait."

Aurora continued to sit in silence. It was an awkward silence, too.

Celeste nodded.But waiting was going to be hard for her while she was this excited. Even if it had only been a day, she had to make sure Aurora was alright.

Eli let out a deep breath - not quite a sigh - when the carriage stopped at their destination. He opened the door and stepped out, tuning back to wait for Aurora.

Aurora glanced up when she felt the carriage come to a stop. She sat there, staring at the house from the window. She shook herself out of her thoughts, and slid out of the carriage, placing her feet on the ground carefully. She was excited to see her sister and couldn't wait until they got inside.

Eli went to the door and knocked, waiting patiently for someone to answer. He gazed at Aurora momentarily, showing nothing in his dull hazel eyes.
