"Ah...at my home...tonight?" Steven asked.

"Tonight? Yes, I suppose that will work out," Eli said. It felt awkward to be social, to him.

Steven nodded, before he realized that he wouldn't be able to see him. "Okay then...make sure to bring Celeste's sister..."

[RoseQ]

Eli almost sighed out loud. He saw where this was going. Celeste just wanted to see Aurora... "Alright," he said, making sure not to take too long a puase or add an odd tone to his voice. "We'll come over soon, then," he said.

"Okay. Thank you," Steven said. "We'll see you soon then," with that, he hung up.

Eli put the reciever down and sighed slightly. He stood up better, heading out of his study and back to Aurora's room. He lightly tapped on her door.

Aurora looked at the door when she heard a knock. She stood and walked over, opening the door, surprised to see Eli back after just...a couple of minutes. "What?"

"Come, we're going to Steven's for dinner. Your ister want you," Eli explained to her. He looked so passive about the whole thing.

Aurora stared at him, blankly. "Um...okay..." she said, leaving her room. She shut the door behind her, "Now?"

"No, tomorrow," Eli said sarcastically. "Yes now," he then said seriously, motioning with his hand for her to hurry.
