He blushed a bit more and lowered his head a bit. "Well I was referring to you being my lead mare but I guess I'll have to take your word for it," he said with a smile.

Rain smiled. "Glad that's sorted out." She whickered. Idly, she started to groom his withers.

Ace/Bachelor Stallion

The stallion raised his head as Salin neared him. Threat Assessed. Now the stallion lowered his head and stepped toward him, he moved to block the view of Night Sky that he could hear behind him. The stallion waited one tense moment then charged fiercely, his head was centered like a ram and he threw him self into Salin's chest. The stallion bit down hard and held on till he tasted the salty tang of blood. Ace half reared and pushed his front knees up against Salin to push him back, then came down to the ground unevenly his brown eyes rolling.

Salin huffed and gave to the stallion's blows, grunting as he only half heartedly deflected them. He squealed as Ace reared and pushed then as the black stallion came down he bolted forward and rammed his shoulder into his barrel. His neck snaked around and bit him on the neck twice before Salin pulled away. He darted around the stallion and bolted toward Night Sky, unformed plans whirling in his head.

Mia nodded and nervously shifted around, nudging her daughter close. She nearly danced around Magick, her uneasiness clear. But the mare was unsure what she was uneasy about. That fact, unfortunately, only unsettled her more.

Firefly watched her mother tap dance around the black stallion like she was orbiting him. Sighing and shaking her little head, she began to follow her father, Zanzibar.

Rai had heard Parousia's cry for she found now that she was without a band the pull of the cliff was stronger. She snorted and pinned her ears, angrily whinnying in reply. Not that she cared what he thought anymore, h*ll to that fool and his cursed family. She almost felt bad about the thought though, because her daughter fell in that category. The pintaloosa shook it off and turned to take off down the mountainside again, a last vengeful whinny escaping her throat.

Amira whinnied softly to Parousia.

Abigail watched him worriedly.

Zanzibar nuzzled his son and Burn. Suddenly he whipped around and stared at the small filly that followed him. "Yes?"

Haley groaned in pain and looked fearfully at Ebony.

Firefly barely cringed, but still did so. She lowered her head in respect and looked up at him and her half brother with interest. "Nothing Father, I only wished to see where you were headed." She said in the same quiet voice of her mother, but her eyes stared boldly out at the trio.

Ebony snorted at Haley and muttered to himself something inaudible. He settled down a little bit away from her, ready to take the foal when it was born.

He snorted at Firefly, extending his neck to sniff at her. He bravely trotted over to her, head held high in pride. When he stopped just in front of her, he cocked his head slightly, but his gaze was fierce.

He smiled to Rain and heard Rai's whinny fill the air. He heard her anger and resentment towards him. "To H*** with her," he muttered and whinnied back proudly to Amira. He was happy just where he was and he didn't need her, he had everyone else to make him happy.
