Sheik growled. Any other time, he probably would have really tried to end this, and attacked Luckas. But, there was a cub left alone, and he needed to go back. He also took off, after Luhua, not looking back even though he wanted to turn around.

Luckas smirked. "Coward!" he snarled loudly after Sheik, before reatreating into his den with a lashing tail, ears flattened. The male threw the rest of the bad deer out, his stomach not settling with the sick meat of the doe.

Luhua threw herself at the cliff-face, already tired as she dug her clws into the snow. With a grunt, she fell onto her back, rolling over to her paws again, shaking the snow from her coat.
