Sorry I can't get pictures, but the dragon store dogs from about 4/5 months ago went from very rare to rare

Store Pets can't drop in rarity. That's based on numbers and since one can't buy new store pets after two months, once they go VR they stay there.

Like was mentioned before, the rarity is released at the end of the month.
But store pets are available for two months, so they can go from VR to R
