Ten dogs were put onto Venus and video taped to see if it was a livable place. Soon after they arrived though, the cameras were destroyed by some kind of dinosaur-like monsters. The dogs must survive until their mission is over, with no help from the scientists on Earth. But will they make it until then?

1. Please follow all of Tess's rules.
2. Do not RP your character until it has been accepted.
3. Do not power-play or god-mod.
4. Don't leave anybody out, or forget them on purpose.
5. No perfect characters please.
6. This roleplay is semi-lit. That means a bare MININUM of two sentences. However, I do understand Writer's Block, if it happens once in a while. Remember to use proper grammar and quotation marks.
7. Please keep it to PG-13. No detailed mating, birthing, or getting too gruesome with fighting. For these situations put in ''Fade to Black'' or ''Timeskip''.
8. Most importantly- Have fun!
9.Don't crush/mate with your own characters.
10. I have the right to update/change any of these rules at any given time.
11. Only two dogs per person! No more than that!
12. And people, please be realistic. There on Venus, so it's not like they can just find a crystal clear pool of water to drink from, or a herd of deer.

Age: 3 years old

Breed: A mutt, it is believed he is some kind of wolf hybrid, but the scientists weren't sure.

Personality: Aster is pretty quiet and reserved, but he can be outspoken on some occasions. He is a brave and loyal friend, and kind to everyone. He doesn't like fighting, but will engage in it if he absolutely has to. Aster is also very quick to trust, but not gullible at all. He can sniff out a truth from a lie a mile away.
History: He was born at a puppy mill, where he lived for a year and a half. When the scientists found him, he was almost dead. Starved, beaten, and diseased. They nursed Aster back to health, then decided to send him along with the others.

Personality: Friendly, loud, and outgoing. She is sometimes bossy, but never really means to be. Marouka is sassy and high-spirited too, and isn't afraid to speak her mind.
History: Maru was out and about her neighborhood one day when a black van suddenly drove up. A man got up, snapped a leash to her collar and led her into the van. When Marouka realized she had been dognapped, she tried to escape, but her attempts failed. By now she has accepted her abduction, and likes the training and anticipation of going to another planet.

Breed: Alaskan Malamute Cross Breed
Appearance: Echo stands around 76.2 cm (30 In) at the withers and weighs in at about 70.3 pounds (1,124.8 oz), with a body length of 104.14 cm (41 In). Her pelt colors consist of a soft orange, a light cream, and a slight off-white. Her fur is long and she has feathering on her ears, her tail, and at the back of her thighs. Her skull is slightly domed, her stop sitting at the point between her muzzle and the base of her skull. Her muzzle is narrow, but well proportioned. Her ears are triangular and rounded at the tips. Her nose is coal black, as well as the lining surrounding her eyes. Speaking of her eyes, they are lovely mix of colors like green, grey, a little bit of blue, and hazel.
Personality: Upon meeting Echo, she can be very shy and very quiet. She's usually not the one who goes to others and greets them unless she knows and trusts them. Though shy, she will talk if someone starts the conversation first. After warming up to others, she is very curious, Resolute, Strong-willed, Trustworthy and thoughtful. Some may find her charming and she seems to know the right thing to say to make others feel alright. Yet, on her own, she can be fearful and on edge.

History: Echo came from an interesting family. Her father was a prized purebred Alaskan Malamute, but her mother was a naive young cross breed named Vinnie, who lived with a man and his son just down the street. When her birth owner found her mother was pregnant, he was a little worried since money for his family was tight, but he promised his son he'd make it work. At her birth, Echo's mother could tell her and her brothers were strong.Vinnie could feel it in the way they nursed and the push of their paws against her belly.

Breed: Mutt. He is part Husky but the rest of him is unknown.

History: Duke was born in Canada, Ottawa to be exact. His mother was a beautiful Husky called Crystal and his father was a mutt called Kane. Mixed with the two came 4 pups; Duke, Riley, Mojo and Poppy. The pups where put on sale at the price of $500 each. Duke was soon sold at the young age of 5 months to a Middle aged man called Peter. Duke and Peter soon became best buddies, forming a very strong bond with each other. But good things don't last, Peter was soon diagnosed with lung cancer due to smoking and sadly passed away 2 days before Duke's first birthday. Peter's house was given to his brother, Fred, and so was Duke. Fred's job was a scientist, he knew there was a mission coming up about ten dogs going to Venus. He decided to put Duke forward. That's Duke's history for you.
