The teams have all reported in to HQ and finalized their plans. Now, the teams are at the cafe preparing to carry out the operations. A decoy group has arrived in the guise of the targets and has taken seats up in the corner. The true targets have arrived in various disguises. Malberry/"Kieron"/""Alexander"" is approaching the decoys in his disguise. Booker/"Theodor" is standing around 'chewing' gum. The security personnel are at various points around the room. Bree is in another cafe across the way. HQ is receiving a communications loop.
