Are the PPS rats kinda rare? 'Cause I got three (and no, they are not for trade yet ).

I'm not sure of what their rarity will be, as of now looks like uncommon, But them are very very high in demand right now, so I wouldn't be surprised if you could weasel a bit more off people for them

Hoping that certain events would occur.
Hoping for certain pets and small things,
Hoping for the nice costumes with wings.
But there was one voice, one being who rang out,
As posted, looking out and about,
She had not yet received a single banner dog,
And thought each and every hoarder a hog.
She smiled at she looked down at her sprats,
And asked them where all the dogs could be at.
She looked around jealously at all of the others,
Oh my, these dogs proved each to be bothers.
With a twinkle in her eyes and a tightly clenched fist,
For them, this young girl, made her wish.

I just got the prisoner costume from the banner. So 79 candies, 3 dogs and 1 costume so far. Hopefully I'll get the cop one at some point. I really hope my third banner dog is a different outcome than the two I have that have already grown (those two are both different, thank goodness lol). One of my purple Halloween blanket pups finally grew to second stage. None of my bats have yet... so that probably means I'll miss the Day 3 one.

It's kinda weird how we are talking to the banner like it's a person, sending it notes and all XD

I have totally personified it. In my mind, it's a little gremlin type thing sneaking around CS with a big bag of candy, hiding around the forum waiting for someone to grab it... And it has it's favourites (all the lucky people getting a ton of banner pups), and it has those people that it likes to annoy, and when they grab it it throws the candy they have loads of at them, then flees! Yeah, vivid imagination <.<
