I disagree. Do a couple of other things before Lesson Zero, it's a bit too much to handle before you're into MLP. Try things like Griffin Brush Off or Boast Busters. Applebuck Season is also a good one. You need to get a good hold on each pony before you can watch Lesson Zero. It's a bit, I don't know, creepy.

I agree with this. If you don't understand the characters you won't understand what's going on. I do believe the very first episode I watched was Swarm of the Season. :3

I do understand what you're getting at, but she's not as new / inexperienced to the show as I think you're making her out to be as. x3 Applebuck Season is a great suggestion — I haven't watched that one for a while. I also need to show her one with the CMC.
