Brightstar nodded. "I need to sort something out with you later. But now... I just need some time to clear my head." she walked off, her golden pelt shining in the sun.
Dustwhisker noticed Brightstar, and ran up to her, quickly telling Creekpaw to meet him there. "Good morning, Brightstar," he said, smiling. "The patrol was good, but there was a faint scent of badger up closer to Fourtrees. Hopefully nothing to worry about."
Brightstar nodded. "Okay, I will let the Clan know at the gathering tonight." she carried on walking.
Oakfoot grumbled to himself, slowly getting up from his mossy bed. He stretched, his old bones crackling, and he stumbled out. He let the warm sun absorb into his fur, and he walked up to Moonflower. He sat down beside her.
