At the moment it is impossible to know if the egg will turn into a white dragon or a new color. A new color would make the egg rarer, but either way, it is rare.

No commons were re-released, so you cant have a copper or green o3o
And probably no gray either, since they were not to be re-released.

Although this is a possibility, I doubt it. No common pets were re-released, and seeing as the copper and green variations are both common, the egg is not going to be one of those. There is technically a chance that it is gray. However, regardless of how common pets were, no pets more recent than april '09 (excluding zebras, which don't really count anyways since they weren't available in any particular monthly release) were re-released. The gray dragons were available in Oct. '09, which is pretty recent. Even the wood angels, which were released back in June '09 and are much rarer than the gray dragons, weren't re-released.

I can explain why they didn't re-release the wood angels
Some of it's outcomes are common, that is why.
