Cinderpaw couldn't smell anymore prey. Apparently, Dustpaw couldn't either. "You must have scared it all off, genious." Dustpaw snorted. Cinderpaw bit her tounge to keep back her remark. Her brother was so immature! Dustpaw narrowed his eyes at the almost-bare forest and started back to camp. Cinderpaw followed her brother, still angry at his retort.

Snakepaw just stood and watched the quarrel. "Wow! Tough croud.... I was trying to express my love for this water, Skullpaw. And I just thought I would let you know," He paused for a second and looked down at Skullpaw's paws. "I think you stepped in a little mouse-dung." He laughed and turned back to his water.

Eaglepaw was getting aggitated from waiting. She swam under the waterfall and came up behind it, where no one could see her. She took a huge breath and went back under.

Skullpaw looked under his paws and noticed that he hadn't. He looked up at Snakepaw and curled his lips back into a snarl. "You think your funny?" He batted Snakepaw to the ground and pinned him down so he wouldn't move. "You make another dumb joke like you did just now and your crowfood." He glanced towards the water and saw a shadow move across. Thinking it was a fish, Skullpaw ignored it and looked back at the apprentice.

Stormstar growled at Skullpaw and batted him off of Snakepaw. "Keep your paws to yourself, little kit!" he hissed. "Your attitude shows me your maturity level," he sneered. "And, I was going to ask you if you would like to go hunting after the meeting. But, seeing as your not in the mood, I'll take Bramblepaw instead." He helped up Snakepaw and walked away, with a low growl.
