"In the forest, collecting more... information." Yarri said, daring him to challenge her. She didnt exactly want to tell him she had been trying to find the 'pure ones' and spy a bit, for that would get her kicked down from her rank as fast as you could say; 'whispering woods'.

"What sort?" he asked casually, unconsciously leaning in a little. He was smoldering inside though, like a fire that kept on having more and more sticks thrown into it to be consumed. His ears twitched and swiveled to face her so he would catch every last word.

Nole stayed where she had ducked under her mother. Her pale brown eyes watched them curiously for a moment before, nudging her mother and trotting around Willow. Her heard her mother utter a soft laugh and stopped, smiling at her, flicking her pale tail.

Runner grazes in the flower fields his ears alert and tail moving from side to side. As he ate he thought "I haven't seen any deer since the start of fall, it's quite odd." he kept listening seeing if he could hear anything coming his way.

(Hey, add a slash before the last in your sig. So it looks like this:)
Sand saw the shape of a brown buck in the distance. He seemed dark for a meadow deer. Too dark. She began to run over, her hooves pounding the ground. She was coming up with something sassy to say when she got there, so whoever he was would realize the herd of the singing meadow were not the sort of deer you mess with.

"OK' Lichen said, his dark brown eyes searching hers for a few seconds before he broke away, turning and trotting to a bush. He stopped and lowered his head, nibbling off a leaf quietly. He still kept a watch though, especially for the fawn. They tended to run off and get themselves into bad situations.

Nole, seeing whatever conversation that had been going on was now over, Began trotting around camp happily again. She continued her playfull tirade against the fallen leaves. The white foal the flicked her small ears towards the bushes incuriousity, sticking her head in the bush, only to see a rabbit tacking off.
