It is the BW here http://archive.chickensmoothie.com/ That's the one from last year that was given out again this year but as a caterpillar with a blue face I believe. Their is also another one that was given out this year that is white with faint yellow stripes, also as a caterpillar.

Oh, I'm sorry I mis-read your post. I would say the old one if worth a couple August/July's. As for the newer one, I'm not so sure, I haven't seen a lot of them floating around so I think they may be rarer than the old one.
