The first one is unfair to them

As for the other two, they all look 'technically' fair. I only say it like that because it really depends on your value of rats compared to other species. As far as dates and rarities match up it looks fine. But PPS and the Leaping Foxes are more wanted that rats is all.

The last one...I am unsure.

First - Unfair to you.
Second - Meh...Doesn't look too bad. Get another opinion; I'm not sure on this one.
Third - I'd have to go with unfair to them.
Fourth - Leaning towards slightly unfair to them, but I'm not sure if the owl on their side or the '09 on your side are in demand or not, so get another opinion on this as well.

Pink Balloon + Non-Balloon = Gearback Tribal?

I know that the Non-Balloon and the Gearback are separated on the rares list by several spaces (the Gearback being several spaces above), but didn't know how much that gap indicated value wise. So if this is unfair to the Gearback Tribal, what would need to be added to the Non-Balloon to make it fair (instead of the Pink Balloon)?

That is extremely unfair to them. You'd have to add a lot, and include other rares. Trading that for commons/uncommons won't cut it unless there are TONS and that's what the other person wants.
