Star Trek: The Original Series Club

Just wondering if I could join this wonderful club? I'm a big Star Trek fan (grew up watching TNG) but only recently go into TOS after seeing the '09 Reboot movie (though I have yet to see all the episodes ).

And my favorite character is totally Kirk (for both TOS and Reboot). I'm a Kirk-girl all the way. <3

He is quite amazing, isn't he? <:B I saw a Twilight Zone episode with Kirk in it and I flipped out and was foaming at the mouth and thrashing. Two of my favorite shows combined. Epicness o3o

Of course you can join! Kirk is awesome, I agree. I personally looooveeee Spock the most, but Kirk is just too awesome.. It does kind of irk me (or should I say kirk me?) that he always makes out with every woman he lays eyes on.

And Kess, I can see how you would feel that way - a lot of folks do, I think. ^^ But personally, I see Kirk's flirting as a means to an end, a lot of time. Like, he often puts on the charm just to get info or whatever to help enable the current mission the crew is on. So I don't see him so much as flirting for the heck of it (in most cases) as flirting for a higher purpose. If that makes sense. LOL!

I was like "YUUUUSSSSSS!!!" when Kirk snogged Uhura, personally. I don't mind that he's a lady killer C: I DO love it when Spock gets the ladies though. It's somehow more satisfying as he almost never responds to their advances. But poor nurse chapel!!!

Lol I love how Nurse Chapel is always so sweet and loving to Spock. She's so cute!! especially in that one episode where she holds his hand when he is out of it. D'aw!

Might I join? I'm more of a ST: Voyager fan myself, but I still love TOS.

And Bones is and always will be my absolute favorite character. Because Bones is amazing.
