I'm in an illiterate roleplay, which I'm actually enjoying. I'm producing information, and although its not being regurgiated by other players, its still good practice for me.
However, how am I supposed to even react when someone just puts two words in their posts? Are they refering to my character?
Either way, I'm not going to respond to them until they say so.
^^ This. Soooo damned much.
im not online very much!!! just recently becoming active for roleplaying after about four years ^^ thanks!!

I'm wanting to start a semi-literature mythical creature role-play, but my tiredness from being sick has decided to take away my muse. On top of that, I'm worried that illiterate people will come in (Making me have to decline people, which I do not like doing) with stupid, sparkling vampires expecting to be accepted.
On the topic of vampires, I also want to start a vampire role-play that involves my vampire hierarchy, but it will involve a huge explanation that people usually won't read. Maybe I should just start a side guide and pull that out whenever it's needed? Don't exactly know what section I would put it in, but it's a decent idea.

Gah, why does it take so long for me to make character? Fist I have to find the looks and then armor colors/looks. Then fill out the bio form, then wait for it to be accepted. Dang, Why can't I do this faster? D:
So full of hate were our eyes
That none of us could see
Our war would yield countless dead
But never victory
So let us cast arms aside
And like discard our wrath
Thou, in faith, will keep us safe
Whilst we find the path

In most cases, I'm fine with one-liner replies unless the other rper doesn't give me anything to respond to. :> One a 1x1 I'm doing with somebody, our posts tend to fluctuate from 5+ paragraphs to one-liners and back to 5+ paragraphs, depending on what's going on at the moment, and it's actually pretty great. There's no restriction as to how long a post has to be (which actually deters me from posting sometimes, due to lack of having anything to write to fulfill that length requirement), and we just go with the flow. It's the most fun I've had rping in years.
