How can you tell if a person is a COPPA user? Does it have something on their profile saying it or what? I can't never tell. =/

Also, when they send you/you send them a trade, and you view the trade, it will say something like "This user cannot send you a message."

When people don't know rarities, so when you overpay, they think you are underpaying...'-_-

The worst thing about it is...They actually believed it.
I cleared up their confusion of course when I found this out, and I hadn't seen them bothering anyone else as badly as that ever again, but it's still horrible that people would trick others into believing it.

Usually you can tell if someone is COPPA by the '0' number of posts [depends], if they cannot send you a trade message, or have [and no, I'm not trying to sterotype here. xD] okay-bad grammar.

Funny you should say bad grammer.. I saw a COPPA's trade rules and it said:

RUELS 1. only fair trades(common for common)etc.
2.NO bad chat
3.PLZ if you can only wish list

Yes. And they sent trades to multiple people, and pretty much all of them didn't take the time to analyze further to find out some explaining needed to be done.

Rant: when theres a pet you want in the 'easy trades' group and you go for it with MANY pets on their wishlist, only to be canceled with a message saying: "Please read my trade rules. especially the ones in BIG RED LETTERS!" You know what the words in big red letters said? "i trade for wishlist pets only!" To sum it up, I hate smart-alec and stupid responces -_________-
