I thought that is what it was but I couldnt see is the mid colour supposed to be like an aurora as that is what it reminds me of

Not exactly the same, the reindeer has a heart shaped marking on its muzzle instead of the blaze the Vixen dog has. ^^ But the colors were definitely based off of it, I just love that dog. X3

i think the eye one the right is lighter than the one on the left.

Well it does look a little lighter but if you look close it's a semicircle across the bottom of the eye, makes it look more orange

Actully I tested it on my photoshop. They are the same color.
