I never liked that song, to me it a pointless and never mentioned again (a big-lipped alligator moment.)

Yes it was, because I have the VHS and I knew the Morning Report song from it.

Do you have the 1994 version? because it DOES NOT have that song in it.

I suggest you re-watch that VHS tape, because here is the information I have. ->

The Morning Report" was originally a scene planned for the theatrical film but never made it past the storyboard stage. It was later cut and the song lyrics were written to be used for the live musical version of The Lion King instead. It was later added, with an accompanying animated sequence, to the 2002 rerelease. Sung by Zazu , Mufasa, and young Simba, the song is an extension of the scene in the original film where Zazu delivers a morning report to Mufasa, and later gets pounced on by Simba.
Finally getting back to my roleplays. Plan to make them active as ever again.

The musical number was later added to The Lion King Special Edition DVD. That DVD came out in 2003, it also had a VHS version.

*~: Changing Subject; A TLK Spin-Off Show :~*

Does anyone remember the TV show "Timon And Pumba"? \The show is an American animated television series made by the Walt Disney Company. It centers on Timon the meerkat and Pumbaa the warthog from the Disney film franchise The Lion King, without most of the other characters in the franchise. The show ran for three seasons from September 16, 1995 to 1999.
(The hyenas, Zazu, Rafiki and Simba was sometimes featured in the show.)
