New feature: Dress up your pets with items!

Money at CS? Hmmm... No... I visited many adoptions sites. And CS is the best. Of course it's because they are no money here. I like accesories but it's an adoptions site, not a shop!

Be realistic, guys. Happiness doesn't pay our bills, Chicken Smoothie's hosting costs are enormous. We really, really need to move to a faster server (so that the whole site doesn't slow to a crawl and stop working during busy times), but it'll cost 4 times as much per hour as we're paying right now.. .

Oop. So sorry Nick. Didn't mean to sound selfish ;_; I do understand that CS probably costs a ton now that there are more members and more features... does that mean though that there will be some sort of CS currency to buy items? Personally, it's another nail-biter aside from trading... xD But that aside, these ARE just virtual pets, and we'd definitely understand if you need to find a way to keep the site's costs from going up.

why not have a CS shop, like a "gift section", where you buy items for your dogs with actual money? one of my favorite sites lands of evelon has a main site with all the adoptions (called evelon pets) and a gift store where you can buy customizable pets only gotten through that store. it's about $20 per pet, and could be more based on difficulty. the site itself is free, as are most of the adoptions, but the pets you can buy are infinatley popular (they can breed) and you could be considered a newbie if you don't own one. (not to be confused with a noob).

you don't have to put all that time into creating pets like that--but a gift section where you could buy certain clothing could help you a bunch. If I'm confusing you any, the site I mentioned has everything spelled out.

You Could make a "Gift Shop" and have getting items and trading items in that section or something like that!

Lol, when I posted "no money!" I meant fake money. I don't want this iste turning into Neopets! I don't mind a gift shop, though I probably wouldn't be allowed to buy anything from there. Lots of people would buy, and it would help Tess and Nick.

I thought that maybe Nick and Tess could make an Item place for the items on the home page. In the Items you 2 could have "Get this item" and "Trade this item" So people can get their items and trade items with other poeple and etc. If you 2 want to do this idea, I made something below.
If you don't want to use the idea or my pic that is fine too. I just thought it might be cool and decided to make you 2 something for it.
