The large she-cat continued to sit under the shade of a tree. She heard Otsoa's call, but seeing as she wasn't a knight, she ignored it and continued to watch the rest of the group. Her ears perked up as she watched two cubs converse, one of them obviously seeming stubborn and rude. Huffing, she stood up and walked over to them (Hyro and Drolyn).

"No need to be so sour," she said to Drolyn, glaring down at the young cub. "You have to respect all other cubs, and the next time I catch you being rude you won't be happy. No one likes mean, stuck-up cubs, so watch your mouth." Slowly, she turned away with an angry glare at Drolyn and then a flick of her tail. Pikantea got annoyed very easily, and she watched the cubs intently as she lay back down in her spot she was in earlier.

Hyro (High-ro)
Hyro watched as Fhilani left in a hurry to help the newcomer, at the sound of another voice he turned sharply and was met with Drolyn, an older cub. Hyro's eye's shined with concern as he spoke to Drolyn "There's a cheetah, i think, up ahead. She seems weak, i just hope Fhilani got to her in time." With a sigh, Hyro turned towards the other cub, and noted the lack of his brother. "Where's your brother?" He asked curiously

Vino (Vee-no)
His brother's comfort put the superior somewhat at ease, as he reflected Otsoa's words. The other cheetah was wise, Vino admitted, scouts would not only keep the territory safe, but also give the lions a warning, that they were a threat and not to be taken lightly. With a mental nod, Vino made his decision. "Your plan is a wise one Otsoa, in fact....would you do me the honor of leading a group of Knights on the scouts? I'm afraid i must stay and protect the others of the rebellion, especially with so many young ones...so i will entrust you with this, and if anything were to happen, send the fastest cheetah to warn me, and i will send back up."
Vino looked back at the newcomers, and figured he should introduce himself. "We will continue this discussion another time brother, i must welcome the new cheetah."

Amera flinched back slightly as she noticed what seemed to be the dominant male glancing over in their direction. She quickly grabbed Kiori by the scruff and set her down gently on the ground between her paws.

"I'm awfully sorry for just barging in like this," she murmured, her voice soft and lyrical. "But we were looking to join the Rebellion?"

Her last sentence was more of a question, and she internally groaned; she was terrible at meeting new people. Kiori, however, sprang forward, shaking out her fur, and gazed up at the male in wonder. "Hi! I'm Kiori! I've never seen cheetahs with fur like yours! Do you like to play tag? Because I do! And oh, I like hunting! And fighting!" With a little growl, she pounced on Amera's tail. This was virtually routine now, and the older cheetah simply waved her tail in the air with a quiet laugh, always keeping it out of the cub's reach.

She shot the male another apologetic look and flicked her ears. "Sorry, again. She's ... energetic."

Vino (Vee-no)
Burnt orange eye's stared into the foreign cheetah as he pawed closer to her, but still keeping a respectable distance. At her reply, he nodded in understanding, after all he figured as much. As he was about to respond the cub sprang forth and barged him quit questions. A smile couldn't help but light up on his face, this little cub reminded him much of his own, Hryo will like this one he thought with an amused expression. "It's quite alright, my own is like that as well. I'm sure those two will get along quite well." After a brief laugh, he continued. "I am Vino, superior of the Rebellion, and we accept all and any cheetah whom seeks shelter from the lions, or a place to vent their anger at them and fight back." The male was using his bold tone, the one he often used to introduce newcomers into the rebellion. "By joining please understand that times will not always be this lighthearted and carefree, one day we may have a great battle with the lions, but do not fret, we shall be prepared when that happens."

Amera nodded, a faint smile still apparent on her face. That was what she had expected the Rebellion to be like; none of this was news to her. Lighthearted and carefree had never been her forte, anyways.

"I know," she replied, in her most solemn tone of voice. She backpedaled and laughed as he mentioned his own cub. "Oh, she's not really my cub, she's my half-sister," she explained, staring down at Kiori fondly and rasping a tongue over the young female's ear.

Kiori squirmed away and protested loudly, before looking back up at Vino in excitement. "Oh! Can I meet him? I love to play!"

After Otsoa finished up, he looked over to see Vino still talking to the new quite attractive young female that had just come. He padded up to his brother's side and smiled at Amera. "My name is Otsoa. I am Vino's brother," he said in greeting with a warm smile.

Drolyn eyes lit up at the idea that young Hyro had begun to form. He was still just a cub, but one of the eldest very soon he would be loosing his grey covering and be joining the ranks of the adults. The idea of doing a more adult activity while he was the eldest thrilled him. Then she sat the elder she cat coming towards them, and he bit back the words he wanted to speak. He knew that the elder cat would not let them anywhere near a wildebeest.

Her words took him off guard however, he was rarely accused of being called rude. That was Niali's area of expertise. He was just sour because Niali had ruined his game earlier. Thought he thoughts had not been exactly kind, he had not see them as rude. He knew however, that she had not seen Niali ruin his game, and so any retort on his part should only make him look worse off.

NIali, who had been following his brother, though not joining with him lay in the grass. His grey coat almost completely gone, and his dark pelt blended perfectly with the shadowy grass. Shiny and new. He heard the words Hyro had spoken, and they intrigued him as well, though he saw no point in chasing field mice,challenging authority intrigued him. He began to stand to join his fellow companions when he caught sight of Pikantea, and stayed where he was. He snickered slightly at her accusation.

Amera couldn't help but grin back; the cheetahs here seemed friendly enough. She instantly reminded herself that every time she had made a friend, they had either turned around and betrayed her, or she had been forced to watch them die.

"I see the family resemblance," she laughed lightly, tilting her head to the side. It was amazing how, until now, she had never seen a king cheetah before. Sure, she'd heard about them, with their unique array of stripes and spots, but those had just been myths.

Kiori had decided that she was through with talking. She pounced on Amera's tail and whined loudly, "Play with meeeeee!"

Nickita stumbled to the group of cheetah's she looked around and saw Vino then collasped "please help" she, whimpered, tired and lost

Vino
Vino looked as Otsoa came to introduce himself, feeling as though his duty there was done the superior began to back off, from the corner of his eye he saw a weak cheetah, with stunning blue eyes. Is she blind? he thought, before rushing to her side.
"I need a mender!" He called out loudly, looking around for one of them before turning back to the cheetah. "Tell me your name stranger, if you have the strength to speak."

Hyro
The cub sat down annoyed, his devious plan had been ruined by the adult, so he had no choice but to stay put, his dreams of seeing the wildebeest bones had been crushed. With a sigh, he turned towards the older cub and shrugged, personally he didn't think Drolyn was that rude, a little bitter, maybe. Swishing his tail back and forth the cub looked towards the commotion the weak cheetah had made.
