Yep, he's been rare for about two updates.
These two are still uncommon though.


I think you're getting the Kiss PPS's litter mates mixed up with his GUPPS version.

The Joker is just an extremely popular design. ^^;

As for the bunny, if you look at the Joker Army, there are 120 jokers, only 9 are bunnies... so it's safe to assume there are quite a few less bunnies than the dog, even if not everyone puts their pets up. We had a hard time finding a joker bun too.
