Jacob smirked ever-so-slightly at Ari's tail and flicked his own devil tail. "There's nothing wrong with having a tail." He sniffed, acting offended, then got serious again. "The only way to be free of the cult is death, unfortunately. Unless you just leave and try living on your own, though I wouldn't recommend it." He sat back on the crate and sat cross-legged.

Dexter
From the very short distance, he could tell the boy's breath had considerably quickened. He felt his warm puffs of breath, and could smell his delicious scent. A musky, almost wild one. Yum. As the boy protested, Dex just rolled his eyes, leaning in like he was going to bite his neck, but just stayed there, breathing his scent, his hot breath hitting Toni's skin. Dexter brought his lips just next to Toni's ear, and smiled. " Trust me, you're cute. It you weren't... well, you'd probably be dead. " He whispered, before drawing back, "accidentally" brushing his lips along the boy's ear. " Any who, nice to meet you Toni. " The Lithius said with a charming grin, his tail flicking side to side gently. " Might I ask why you're alone? "

Jayme
He didn't take her as much of a threat, considering his blade was quite large than hers, and had a curved ending to make sure whatever it cut was dead, or in pain. " And I only drew mine, because I can prevent you from cutting me open. All I need is to stab you in the jugular, and you'd be dead. " The boy chuckled, having not said heart because the blade could only push through so thick of skin and flesh. His voice was completely calmed, having never been afraid to kill someone, especially if it meant protecting his own life. " And I'm Jayme. Not that you'd care. " Jayy responded, taking out his blade sharpener, and beginning to strengthen the end of the shiny silver blade, with its blood-stained tip and handle.

Phoenix
Silently, he crept along, ears twitching sensitively to every little sound, tail barely brushing the ground as he walked along. His eyes were closed, and as he stalked the shadows, a scent hit him. A hiss escaped him, and he stepped back, eyes open, flaring with anger. The scent of smoke bugged him so badly, especially since his former foster parents had died from lung cancer. Not that he ever really cared about them... they treated him like some sort of freak, making him stay locked in the basement, only allowing him to go out and feed... well, never. He fed if they had been stupid enough to leave the door unlocked. How his eyes cast a glance amongst the shadows, spotting a figure sitting on some steps. As he crept closer, he could make out the face of a boy..
Nix grinned, almost purring with delight, but keeping it contained. He pulled his black cloak close, to help him hide amongst the shadows better. Slowly, and quietly, he made his way over, remaining hidden from the boy's view as he did so.

Ari frowned and set his head back into the small crook of his knees.Then he pouted, he didn't like having a tail.It felt, weird and unnatural. "That's what I mean." he whispered softly in reply.Then he glanced over at Jacob. "So your living with them?" Ari was frightened at the thought.He may be one of them now, but they still scared him.He wasn't like Mark.He didn't stand up or fight.He shrunk down and ran away, if possible.Just the thought of being around others struck fear into him, and he pulled his cloak tighter around himself.

Ash felt jittery and looked around.He felt the wind whipping around him, and he gave a small shiver.It must be the wind.He stood up, tossing the cigarette bud to the ground and stepping on it lightly with his shoe.Then, grabbing a box from out of his side pocket, he pulled out another.He searched around in his pockets for his lighter and gave a scowl.Looking around himself he saw it sitting on the steps.Returning back to sitting he grabbed the lighter and tried to actually get it to work this time. "D*mn wind." he muttered.

Jacob looked around the warehouse. "Yeah, we all live here. Otherwise, you're free game. Lithius eat souls, if you didn't already notice. And if their hungry, they don't care who or what they are feeding off of. You probably would have attacked me if I hadn't brought that human along." He let his hood fall back and ran a hand through his hair, spinning his lip ring yet again.

Ari gave another pout. "Yeah, noticed that.Thanks...." then he looked sharply up at Jacob. "I wouldn't have!" he said very childishly.He gave a huff and crossed his arms around his legs.Actually he didn't know if he wouldn't have, but he was pretty sure.Maybe.Besides, even if he had, Jacob could easily deal with Ari.Ari watched Jacob spin his lip ring again, suddenly hypnotized by just watching the boy.

Jacob chuckled quietly at Ari's childishness. "Mhm, you would have at least thought of it." He said calmly, spinning his lip ring again. He only paused the action to yawn. He hadn't slept in days, and it was starting to show. He clearly wasn't as hyper as usual.

Ari had to admit that Jacob was right.He still pouted, though.He then watched Jacob yawn. "You almost split your head open with that one.Why don't you rest?" Ari told Jacob in a hushed tone, glancing around.And so the paranoia returns.

Jacob just shrugged. "I've been too stressed out lately to rest." He replied simply. He went back to spinning his lip ring, then huffed when it got caught on his nose ring. He grumbled and carefully pulled the two rings apart. "D*mn. I hate it when that happens."

"Stressed out about what?" Ari held back a snicker, but it just came out as a snort/laugh thing.He blushed brightly then tried to focus his mind on something else. "Then take out the nose ring.No offense, but it reminds me off a bull."

Jacob rolled his eyes. "It would only get infected if I take it out." He shrugged and got up, sliding off his cloak. It was getting warm in the warehouse. He sat back down and, forgetting Ari for a moment, checked the scorpian tattoo on his ankle. He groaned slightly. It was new, unfortunately, and the skin around it was still inflamed.
