Emerald gave Frank a joking scowl. "Ha-ha you're very funny." she said sarcastically. She smiled and impatiently tapped her fingers on Envy's neck.

Frank smirked "I know" he answered cockily, swinging round to face behind them "She aint half taking her time is she" he joked resting lazily on Diads neck, the stallion munching at some grass.

Rebecca had no clue where Stephan had gone so she just hurried out of the hut. "Em he is gone. He must have escaped." she said lying easily. She swung up on Lara. "Let's jut get out of here." she said her eyes scanning widely around.

Emerald clenched her teeth but smiled. "No problem." she managed to mutter. If the royal pain found his way back to the castle and told where they were and Arrowin wasn't back yet...Emerald gulped and wound her fingers through Envy's mane. "Let's get going." she said and nudged Envy into a canter. She released his mane with one hand and pulled out the map.

Rebecca urged her chestnut mare to follow on behind Emerald. She glanced back over her shoulder every now and then. Her mind turned over thoughts of the past few days and she snuck a glance at Frank. Suddenly her heart filled with anger and disgust. She drew her dagger darkly and gripped its handle.

Emerald shoved the map back into her pocket and looked behind her to make sure everybody was following. She said the angered look on Rebecca's face, but did not see the dagger. She mentally shrugged. She wouldn't ask. Everybody was angry now a days, it made no difference why.

John smiled and walked down the castle steps into the bright sun that washed over the court yard. A maid brought him his falcon and he grinned as the bird of prey stepped onto his shoulder. The falcon cawed loudly in his ear, but he didn't mind. "I know." he whispered to the falcon. "I'm just as excited as you are."

Guy rode up into the courtyard and bowed from his place on Malfazar's back. The black stallion tossed his head and Guy smirked, his black eyes filled with a familiar hunger. Yet a lingering sadness was buried deep within them. "Is everything ready?" John asked. Guy's smirk grew. "Of course it is. Sheriff will be meeting us at Hunter's Creek at dusk." John thought for a moment. Dusk. A few hours away. But why was Sheriff taking so long?

Adrianna strode out of the castle with her two year old son smiling from her arms. The Queen herself was fairly grim as she walked up to her husband. "Do tell me you will be careful." she said looking hard into his eyes.

Arowin growled in frustration. The people who took Chris had better hurry, her temper was growing and if they didn't hurry she wouldn't spare their lives. Well she wasn't going to anyway but they had spoiled her plans against the king. Luckily the Hood would reach the safety of the abandoned castle long before the knights got here, but she herself had planned other things.

John looked over at Arianna and Kyle, a small smile coming to his lips. He placed a hand on her cheek and returned her gaze. "Of course I will. I have England to rule over, I have no other choice." he joked. "But most importantly, I have you two."

Guy looked down when he felt something push Malfazar over slightly. "Fool!" he spat and backhanded her across her cheek. He moved Malfazar out of the way and looked back towards King John.
