Do you know what I can remove from their side to make it fair?

It's unfair to you. I think the 08 rare would cover it all, but I'm not completely sure about that.
I know that you don't need the uncommon, or the VR rat on your side. I'd say at most you'd need the 08 and the PPS on your side for all four. However, you should get another opinion about that.

I personally believe it's unfair to you. The rat is worth around a red toxic (though I've heard some saying they weren't willing to pay that for the rat) and I don't think the other pets they're offering would fill the gap between the toxic and the CE galaxy.
However, you should get another opinion on that, because I'm terrible with gaps.

I've heard 5 CS = a 2010 uncommon (Probably mid or late) so I think the wings, hair, and dress would fill the gap (though I'm not sure about the worth of those.)
I don't know about the others either, but I'm pretty sure that the robe is at least somewhat popular, and is worth more than a 2011 common alone.
You'll want another opinion, but with that I'm thinking it's unfair to you.
