What you see happening with this PPS happens nearly every month with some kind of pet. Granted, occasionally these pets will go rare much sooner than expected, almost all of them will be uncommon to begin with (The Blue Punk Pony for example). What we see here is demand and the crazy notion in someones head that there will ever be a pet released so rare that it could be classified with 09 rares. It doesn't work like that but people are afraid they're going to miss out on something. I imagine the pup mayl turn rare in a couple three months at the least... but just because it has the rare tag doesn't mean it's all that rare. There are tons more of them that will be in circulation than any 09 rare. Simply because there are tons more active players that had adopted over 2009.

I traded fairly for mine. At most a Easter bunny rare. Just have to find the right logical people that know the craze for it will only last as far as the new pet releases. Happens every month.

I'm so frustrated that we had to pay a 2010 multistaff for the brown-and-white PPS. People seem to be treating them as rares and not a recent month's outcomes. Luckily, we had the latest one tucked into our adoptions, so that's good news. ^^

I'm proud to say CeCe + I have every outcome. :3 We're eagerly anticipating the black storm pup's growth, though. Am I the only one who thinks it might be a PPS?

I sent a trade with 2 middle '2010 uncommons for the brown-and-white-PPS and that person declined, saying they could get something better /D
but I do understand the hype around that PPS - it's so lovely.

But I don't think the black storm pup is a PPS. It would be awesome, but... I don't think so

So the PPS is a rare in a way O_o some one offered a 2009 for mine! ((also for another PPS female royal dog, 1 rat, 1 spider, 1 wing, 2 masks and a cloak) .... i'm not sure if I should except x-x

No it's not rare (obviously), it's just in high demand. Rarity and demand does not always go hand in hand.
It might be the rarest of the litter but it's hard to tell, some of the adults could very well be rarer.

And there's always a pet or two each month people are going crazy over and paying 09 pets for no matter what rarity it have and it kills me a little bit each time it happens x.X Recent pets are NOT worth 09 pets, it only makes it harder for everybody to get it!

I dont believe its even the rarest of the litter. I got 5 of them and i dont trade for newborns.

I really don't like the adult stage of this at all, so I'm glad there was at least one cute PPS outcome.

What? No, the deer horse PPS from last month was a newborn for 29 days and then it changed into a a 2nd stage PPS when it turned 30.
Pets rarely change to PPS when they're already on 2nd stage. It happens, but it's rare. They usually turn into a PPS as soon as they grow from newborn to 2nd stage.
