Jay smiled slightly and nodded. He took her hand. Follow me." He said. He walked outside to the back of the factory near the woods. "You can go here. Just wait, soon you'll have a home with a toilet you can go potty on." Jay said smiling.

Mia looked around, she shifted and vanished into the woods.

Jay watched her go silently. He sighed, she didn't deserve to have to go to the bathroom in the woods. She deserved a home with a toilet.

There was a sharp yelp from rhe woods, Mia's cries rang out.

Jay sprinted to her following her scent trail.

Mia's paw was caught in a bear trap, she cried and whimpered.

Jay looked at the trap, he had seen them before. He grabbed her paw gently and studied the trap carefully. He studied it and used his nimble fingers to try and undo it. He knew a few other ways if he couldn't get it right away.

Mia cried softly, she just wanted it off, it was rusty and old, stuck shut.

Jay frowned. He worked quick bnding his fingers this way and that. It would be easier but it might hurt. He used his vampire strength, it was reserved and he didn't use it often. He pulled on the rusty thing using his vampire strength and all. He knew it would hurt a lot when it smapped apart but he had no choice. It snapped and he closed his eyes not wanting to hear how painful it was for her.

Mia let out a blood curdling howl scream, she took off, a trail of blood following as she ran on three legs.
