Yeah, you'd need to be on a website like Tinychat or use programs like Skype.

By chat do you mean talking to just a particular person only? Because it depends on the server... D:
Certain ones you type 'T' to chat, but others you type '/tell username' then type your statement. >___<

But, Skype is by far the easiest way to deal with it. ^^

It's been a bit glitchy, and I'm not sure I like the endermen, but it's okay for me.
