Heading back with only a rabbit in her mouth Speckledstar put it on the fresh kill pile then called out "Fangslash...may I speak to you in my den please?"

"I need you to stay here," said Snowtuft to Fernwhisker. "There is danger coming."

"Snowtuft?" called speckledstar

Frostkit works up the courage to look around outside the nursery again.

Talonfang returns to the camp and does what he loves, to, sit at the entrance and guard head held high.

"Yes?" asked Snowtuft. "What is it Speckledstar?"

"you just said something about danger... has starclan spoken or something?"

"Oh yes, I have recieved a prophecy. An innocent cat shall die today." he said looking around, hoping only Speckledstar heard him.

What?! But there has been nothing wrong with my clan no intruders yet or anything did starclan say how this cat will die.

"No. That's why I don't want Fernwhisker and the rest of my family out of camp." replied the tom.

"Good idea i just hope if anyone dies its me.. i have all my 9 lives still... we need to find some cats to come on a patrol we me anyone brave enough? and please tell the rest of the cats to stay in the camp for the rest of today..."
