Kayla looked at Damon silently.
"I haven't worked everything out yet but I can give you a sketch of it. They know there are vampires. Say Kayla and I go out and do soemthing and make it obvious we are vampires, an angry mob will form quickly right? So Kayla and I flee 'feeling outnumbered.' We will gain a great lead and they will lose sight of us in the woods leading them completely off track. They might try and find us but will end up thinking we did flee. Kayla and I wil make a U-turn and return. We will have to disguise ourselves when we make it obvious so they don't suspect us when we return though." He said thoughtfully.
