Ashari nudged Bronco, her five-month-old cub. He rolled over playfully and looked up at his mother, who stood tall over him. His legs pawed the air. "Mother, are there any other leopards here? I would really love to have a friend." He sighed and gnawed at his mother's paw playfully.

Ashari shrugged slowly. "I don't know, son. If there are any, we'll have to be careful. We don't want to be killed by someone who thinks we're stalking them or something. But don't worry. You will get a friend, dear. And soon." She stopped talking when she heard a sudden rustle in the bush beside them. She frowned and growled. Another leopard cub came jumping out and charged at them, only to realize that he wasn't as big as Ashari. He stopped in his tracks.

(Sorry about the late response) Sheik smirked, before suddenly charging and pinning her down, ignoring his hurt leg completely "Oh really? Whatcha gonna do now, big bad Luhua?" he chuckled, pinning her down.

Luhua flicked her tail, before bending her hind legs, resting them on Sheik's stomach. "Nothing. I can't beat a powerful male like yourself." she said, relaxing as though surrendering. Waiting for a few moments, she thrust her paws into his stomach, throwing him off and bounding back to her paws. Lunging for Sheik, she pinned him down on his back.

Sheik hissed in surprise, then blinked, finding himself pinned. "Hey, you little cheater, i wasnt ready!" he snarled, in a joking way, his paws resting against her stomach to push her off of him. He flicked his tail "So, little girls like you cheat?~" he mocked.

Luhua growled, narrowing her eyes playfully. "Big males like you cheat more than us." she shot back, until a tiny mew made her jump from Sheik, looking at the entrance of the den, where a little cub was standing with wide eyes.

Xavier mewed again, walking forward into the den as the female jumped from the male, before collapsing. "Are you okay?" The female's voice hit him, and he looked up to her, looming over his face. "I -I want my mommy-y. I'm hungry-y." he wailed softly. Luhua winced, looking over her shoulder at Sheik. "Sheik. He's starving. I have no milk anymore. What can we do?" she asked, eyes soft with sympthany for the cub.

Sheik's eyes widened, and he leaped up, staring at the cub. He tilted his head, thinking. "Well....it cant eat meat yet, can it?" he padded to it slowly, his amber eye wide in fear for the cub. The blind eye was looking away, like he was an idiot. He flicked his tail, wondering what he should do.

Luhua shook her head. "It's too small yet." she said, worry showing through her voice. Licking the cub gently, she felt it's freezing fur. "Sheik. Can you help me warm the cub?" she asked the male, glancing up at him for a moment. The cub shrieked at the male's eye, and curled into a ball, though the female's tounge kept him in place. Luhua winced. "Shh, little one. It's okay." she whispered, shooting Sheik a look of a sympthany, knowing his eye was intimidating for the poor cub.

Sheik blinked in surprise, then pinned his ears. He crouched by the cub, and closed his eyes, trying not to scare it. He started to lick the cub's freezing fur, to warm him. While doing so, he thought of how to feed the cub. Luhua didnt have milk, and it was too young for meat...the situation almost seemed hopeless. He sighed while licking the cub, tail flicking in anger.

An option came to Luhua's mind, but she wasn't sure she was fond of it. If she mated with a male, which would have to be Sheik, milk would start to process which could feed the cub. Returning her focus to warming to cub, she decided if worse came to worse, that'd be the option.
