Fernstar padded up to Cougerpelt. "I know where Moonpaw is," she said. "Fangfoot took him hunting. He should have told Shimmerwind. She is Moonpaw's mentor, not him." Fernstar started cleaning her paw, for she had just ate.

Autunmrain yawned and stretched out her front paws, She got up and blinked away the sleepyness from her eyes, She grabbed a Mouse from the FreshKill pile and sat under a tree for shade.She took a small bite from the mouse. She purred, The mouse was fresh and juicy.

"Stop!" snarled Fangfoot who had come across Icekit and Duskpelt. "Who are you, and why are you in Lightclan territory?"

Autumnrain jurked out of her Daydream, She heard somebody talking near the entrance to the clearing, She saw Fangfoot and to strangers.She flicked her tail and got up, She walked over there.She met eyes with Duskpelt, She let out her clawsand growled.She did not mean to get involed in this, But she just happened to be growling in threat. She would do anything to protect her kits.That were soon to come.

"We are here to speak to Fernstar" Said Duskpelt. "Yeah! We want to join--" Duskpelt quickly put her tail over icekits mouth. "we are just here to speak" meowed Duskpelt. "Take us to her please"

"That is Fangfoot. And I do not know who those cats are," said Fernstar. She walked up to them. "Excuse me Fangfoot, Moonpaw, I'll take it from here. Who are you?"
