One of the rats is a july 08 one, it's the 2010 re-release...I want to know if this is fair or not and what I can do to make it fair if it's unfair.

Thanks for everyone's help. Just one last thing! Is the Rare red firework dog a fair trade for the Aqua PPS. I realize the red firework is several months older than the Aqua PPS, but the Aqua PPS i THINK is in higher demand. So, any help/advice is very appreciated. Thank you
