"Uh..." Jay replied caught completely by surprise, his mind going blank for a moment as what she had done registered with him. She had kissed him! Finally he smiled and nodded brightly, "That was perfect." he replied to Amy. He felt like he should kiss her back or something, but wasn't quite sure how to approach the whole situation. Finally he gave a light sigh as he decided what to do and stopped her, tilting her head up and kissed her back gently. He pulled away after a moment and gave Amy a shy smile.

Amy let out a sigh of relief as Jay replied comfortingly. She could still feel the awkwardness however and was about to say something when he stopped suddenly. She was about to ask him what was wrong when he tilted her head and kissed her back. She closed her eyes and let him do it. She didn't pull away. When he pulled back and smiled at her she smiled happily back at him. "That was perfect." She said happily. "Your room then?"

Jay grinned and nodded, "My room." He agreed. "Come on it's this way." he said taking her hand again and leading her along towards his room. They had go up a flight of stairs though since his room was on the second floor. "Almost there." he told as they neared the door to his room. "What floor is your room on?" he asked her curiously.

"Third floor." Amy responded with a frown. "It's a hell of a climb every night." She dramatically pretended like she was fainting and fell against Jay's chest with her hand on her forehead. "I don't know if I can do it much longer!" She gasped with a theater-like voice. She tried but couldn't stop the giggle from escaping her mouth as she sighed loudly, trying to stay in character.

Zara pushed away his hand playfully, kissing him on the cheek in the process.
"I'm not a dog- I'm not licking you." She teased kissing him once more before pulling away with a laugh. She looked at his hansom features and felt a warm, fleeting feeling in her chest, leaking down into her stomach. A feeling that both burned sweetly in a turmoil of strong affection.
"No idea. Do you want to do something?" She asked, moving her hand to his and smiling.

James laughed warmly, "I didn't say you were a dog! But as for doing something... Is there anyone we can annoy? There's really nothing else to do. This place is void of fun unless you make it." He felt so happy right now but he was bored. He needed to do SOMETHING to break the boredom before he exploded.

"I'll bet it is." Jay agreed, he only had to go up one set of stairs and that was more than enough for him. Jay grinned as she went all dramatic and wrapped his arms around her waist holding her up. "I'll save you dear lady." he cried in a dramatic voice. He couldn't keep a straight face either and laughed with her. "Come on we're almost to my room." he told her as his laughter calmed enough for him to speak coherently.

Amy smiled at Jay as he wrapped his arms around her. "Alright," She said, "But I can't make it that far!" She still had the fake voice on. She turned around and wrapped her arms around his neck, looking up into his green eyes. "Will you carry me my love?" She was smiling wide and she just hoped he would play along. She was having a great time expressing a new side of herself.

James laughed warmly, "I didn't say you were a dog! But as for doing something... Is there anyone we can annoy? There's really nothing else to do. This place is void of fun unless you make it." "I meant messing with my hair." She winked, turning around.
"Actually- I'm very tempted to annoy Mr. Smiley. It just seems that worsening his day would somehow brighten ours." She laughed, "- but then again, I've heard rumors that he was crackling with electricity just today already..."

Jay smiled, "I was hoping you would ask." He replied in his dramatic voice, but he was completely serious. He scooped her up easily holding her close to him. He was light and easy for him to carry, so he strode along at the same pace towards his room. "Almost there my dear." he told her keeping up with the same silly over dramatic voice.
