Ack, I'm so sorry! xD Although I don't remember seeing it at first -- clearly, I'm not too incredibly observant x3

Shadows all around you as you surface from the dark
Emerging from the gentle grip of night's unfolding arms
Darkness, darkness everywhere, do you feel all alone?
The subtle grace of gravity, the heavy weight of stone

you are the moon

You don't see what you possess, a beauty calm and clear
It floods the sky and blurs the darkness like a chandelier
All the light that you possess is skewed by lakes and seas
The shattered surface, so imperfect, is all that you believe

Gervasious
I'm thinking of you... I'm thinking of you when you kill a good man To keep yourself from being killed by him
    It was in the early hours of the morning – almost to early to be even called morning – that Gervasious managed to wake himself. He let out a grunt like sigh as he lay there in the front room of his master's home, honestly debating with himself about whether to bother getting up or not. The Council was meeting again, though to him it seemed they had all met up just a short while ago. It was logical of course, with those traitors on the lose, just to make sure everyone knew their place, but the older dog could certainly do without the late nights.

    With another grunt he lifted himself from the carpeted floors, slinking around the couch with his head dropping tiredly. His master would be fine for a little while, soundly sleeping in the other room just like most every other night. Gervasious' large head butt into the over sized dog door, sending the flap upwards as he stepped out into the night.

    It was colder than he would have liked, but there rarely seemed a night that he didn't feel like complaining about the weather. The still in the damp air – at least in Gervasious' opinion – was nice. Things hadn't felt as eerie as everyone else was beginning to think. What did they think was going to happen? The traitors coming after them next? Maybe some of them had reasons to worry, their masters were beginning to doubt keeping a dog altogether, but not Gervasious.

    He padded sulkily down the main street and towards the outskirts of the town, to the field where they all met. He hoped at least some of them would be there already, all the less time for him to wait around on a bunch of young rips.
I'm thinking of you... I'm thinking of you when you hold your girl And wonder if she'll ever love again
I'm thinking of you... Wash the blood off your hands'

[[And let the dramas begin! Gonna post with my other's once some of you guys have had a chance :3 ]]

Shivering in his sleep, Knyte woke himself. Grumbling, he managed to sit up and open his eyes. The air was cool and the sky was still dark. Stars were still visible, gazing up he thought of the lost family and friends up there. Even his old master. Slowly getting to his feet, he set out on a walk. Soon another Council meeting would come, so he decided to go to Gervasious's Masters house. To just talk about what they should do. So, after a few minutes of short sprinting, a few breaks, then more sprinting he arrived at Gervasious's house. Seeing movement, his spinal hair started to rise, but relief flooded into him when the big dogs scent drifted his way.

Trotting over to him, and matching his pace; he gave the older dog a half smile. "Hello Gervasious. How are you this...fine morning?" Knyte spoke in his normal, deep toned voice. He knew that the old bloke could be a bit grumpy. But they had known each other for awhile. Plus after a few years, the big guy grows on ya.

[EEEP! Yay! EDIT: Post completed :3]

//Shadow//Male//4 Years//Council Member//
[I am what I am]
[So deal with it]

Shadow yawned, his canines flashing as he he did so. It was time for the council meeting and he needed to be going. Hopping to his feet he found himself grimly musing over what had happened. Traitors among them! It was horrific, an absolute abominable offense, how could anyone harm their master's flock when he so faithfully entrusted them with it? The very concept was beyond Shadow's comprehension. Flicking a fond glance in the direction of his master's, Rory's, room he set out the dog door and trotted at a fairly fast clip towards the field. Gervasious waited for no-dog. Shadow snorted softly in amusement, the old council leader was grumpy as badger with a thorn in his paw, but he was wise too, something that Shadow really appreciated.

His mind turned once again to the issue at paw, the traitors. Some dogs were calling for blood while others wanted to forgive and protect him. He thought the latter must have bees in their brain honestly. Seriously though, what those traitors needed was either a good beating or perhaps, and this was what he preferred, a compromise. They never return to Lakemere and the Pack wouldn't hunt them down, if they did then it was to be death on sight. It seemed fair to him and Shadow resolved to bring it up during the council meeting.

The meeting field suddenly appeared in his line of sight and he tilted his head in slight surprise as he recognized Gervasious speaking to another dog, it looked like Knyte, Shadow could also scent two other distinctive scents, he would guess them to be Shear and Dusty. It seemed like everyone planned on being punctual this time. Good. On silent paws he slipped towards Gervasious and Knyte, "Good morning you two, had a restful sleep I hope." he said, dipping his head in Gervasious's direction before plopping down onto his rear. No point in standing and waiting for everyone to arrive.

//Skye//Female//3 Years//Traitor//
[My mind is sharp, like a flame]
[Prepare to be burned]
[My claws are daggers, teeth are knives]
[Prepare to Die.]

Skye stood, and shook out her pelt which was slightly damp and smelled like dirt. Wrinkling her nose in disgust she let out an irritated snarl. Sleeping in the middle of nowhere on the damp ground just wouldn't do. Huffing slightly she glanced up at the sky, mercifully it didn't look like there would be rain but who knew? The pleasure she had felt from killing the asinine, fluffy, sheep still filled her with a slight glow. The taste had been worth all the uproar from the "Pack" she gave a canine grin thinking of the council, they were probably huffing and puffing and cursing them right now. Go ahead, see if I care. she thought smugly to herself. She didn't particularly want to go back anyways, though the thought of what their faces would look like if she did was very tempting. But no, she would hang around here for a little bit and decide what to do first, though their course of action hinged on what the other two wanted. This was irritating but she knew better than to let her emotions show.

Trotting over to where Vladimir was still sleeping, like a puppy that was full from its mothers milk, wrinkling her nose in disgust she prodded him roughly in the back, "Wake up you useless lump of fur." she growled, knowing full well that he wouldn't remember her saying that to him when he came to consciousness, again she prodded him, "Wake UP!" shaking her head slightly she plopped down onto her hindquarters and stared at the long-legged dog in front of her. "This is so typical." she muttered with a soft sigh, just her luck to get stuck with a deep sleeper. Shaking her head she trotted over to Antebellum and prodded her instead, "You awake?" she barked, hoping for some sort of reaction from either of them. This was looking to become a long day indeed.

Shear yawned, raising her head. the fire was still going, the flames leaping on the air. Dusty lay next to her, breathing rapidly. "Dusty, Dusty wake up. Come on, Dust. We have to go to the meeting." She said, nudging Dusty softly. "Huh? Hm.." Dusty got up and streached. Shear did the same, soaking up the last drops of warmth from the fire. "Shear, do we have too go?" Dusty asked Shear, looking at her face. "yes, Dusty. we do have to. but, then we can go run. ok?" Shear asked her softly, nudging her again.

They made their way to the dog door, and nudged it open. The crisp night air hung around them, the moon with its radiant glow shining brightly. They trotted down the trail that went around their house, and followed it to the road. Shear looked around for any sign of danger, and rested her head when Dusty spoke. "Are we almost there?" She asked, looking at Shear. "almost." Shear replied, looking straight ahead.
