This always happens, without fail. Why do people offer ridiculous amounts of rares for a current month pet? It makes it impossible to get them. >.> There's not a snowball's chance in the big deep fire-pit that I'd trade a bunch of rares for that ornament PPS, for example.

Last month, it was the black and blue Nick dragon. Oh, the crappy trades I got in asking for those. One person even claimed that someone traded away an Eat/Drink Me dog set for just one, so that it "had to be worth something."

Has common sense flown the coop or something? I'm shocked that so many people are willing to cough up 08s and rare/very rare 09s for a current month pet that may be no rarer than Uncommon by January. o.O

Why do people send you messages with "edit"

Then, when you edit it with a pet, they are all like "NOOOOOOOOOO! THAT IS MEH FAVE!" and cancel the trade -.-

I think some people stalk this thread in hope of finding someone with good pets to send offers to.

My side: Rose PPS (which I just posted about((Referringtoabove^)))
Their side: A ton of items and a few dogs

not for trade.

Haven't you ever posted here and like 10 minutes later you get a trade for the pet you just ranted about someone wanting it???

Funny xD; I had that happen to me too, that last little bit in your post. I'll post here, go about doing my business or what not (mainly wajas ^w^) Then my Trillian Messenger pops up the message notification from ChickenSmoothie, and I'll go take a look and there's nubcaek trades everywhere ><;

All but THREE of those pets are in my 'In Trades - DO NOT ASK FOR' group and my DPA group.

And not half an hour before, this person had canceled a trade with me, I was asking if they wanted to trade their dragons, with no message. And now they're begging for some pets.

Giving them all those pets would cancel some very nice trades for me.

Grrr.

Why can't people READ?

I wasn't ticked off about the no message, but good lord. That ticks me off when they offer on the In trades group. And why would you think you could take them from the DPA group? Even if you don't know what the DPA is, my Trade groups are labeled quite clearly. (Dogs/Cats/Rats , PPS , Malks/Nicks/Horses X3)

Reminds me a little of a trade I got recently. >.> I don't mind "edit" trades, but this one was...ugh. They wanted a February dog, and I was like, ok, let's see what they have. This person had no trade group specified, so I chose from the "pets without a group" group - a PPS ornament. We go back and forth a little while and finally we're settled on 3 dalmation dogs for their PPS ornament. But they sent it as a suggestion, so I couldn't accept. When I edited it again (not changing anything, just asking them nicely to accept or to send it as a trade) they cancelled and said no, that theirs was worth many rares.

So I do a little looking on the forums and I realize that they had put that PPS ornament up for auction prior to my trade (which I hadn't been aware of).

....I hate being toyed with. >.> They told me to edit, not saying what I could or couldn't ask for. If they weren't going to trade me the one I wanted, why didn't they just say so instead of leading me on through several edits?

Not to mention I think that the current average offers for the PPS ornaments are ridiculous, but I've already ranted about that, lol.
