Well, yeah. That's kind of obvious. But the idea of this thing here is to protect all wolves, which defeats the whole purpose of shooting them. o_O
Shooting costs less than rehabilitation and the meat / fur / bones can be used to feed, clothe and introduce tools to people. Really, It's better than shifting 500+ grey wolves around all over the world until there are no area's to shift them to and eventually we'd have to shoot them anyway.

I love your reasoning. I figured that already, but I was wondering how the others would handle this question--the ones that were blindly obsessing over wolves and stuff. o-o It makes more sense to shoot them, just 'cause...like America really needs more spending. XD

Ohhhh see, now you make sense to me. I thought you were one of those people that are like "NO MATTER WHAT. WE CANNOT SHOOT THE WOOFS. EVEN IF THEY ARE EATING YOUR FACE. YOU CANNOT SHOOT. THE. WOOF." <3 clearly, you aren't. <3

Nah, I was questioning those people. XD I do support regulated wolf hunting, but only in certain areas. In Wyoming they're considered vermin, and since the species was only recently removed from the endangered species list because farmers and folk wanted to shoot them on sight, (ohhhhkay, maybe I'm more of a fence-sitter), it doesn't make sense to hunt them till they're endangered again. In Alaska, though, they're kind of like trees: ALL OVER CREATION. XD

Yah, I understand that. Where I come from, in the UK, It would be almost impossible to reintroduce wolves back into our country. Scots have a problem with them and last time I went up there, I heard people talking about taking their irish wolf hounds, shepherds, big mutt dogs and hunting the wolves down as soon as they touched scottish soil. England wouldn't be AS bad, but we're a pretty man-made place and many wolves would be taken down by cars, and then some idiots would get a wolf cub... it wouldn't end well.

Same with France. Wolves were eliminated a while ago by the wolf hunting league Louveterie, and they've yet to return officially to the wild there. I mean if there's enough space and prey for at least a steady population to coexist peacefully with humans, why waste it? There's no point in shooting wolves if they don't have to. It'd release a lot of stress on French wolfaboos. XD

But in the world is too many people too. Too many mosquitos. So why can't we shoot people? Let see... Wolves are killing a few persons every year, while people are killing really A LOT other people every... day.
But if they want to keep population of wolves, they shouldn't do it in so cruel way. Can't they shoot just to make them 'endless sleeping'? If they're shooting them from real guns, wolves are feel pain. That's the point.
And for the example- they'll kill 500+ wolves, while around 20 or so has puppies. So pups are dying too. That's cruel.
Currently I'm not playing!

thank you. thats what i was trying to say. Wolves dont TRY to get in contact with humans, but yet, humans puposely go out and seek wolves, just to kill them. and most dont even get the fur, meat, bones or anything!!! i knew this guy once, and he was hiking on a mountian. on his way down, he came in contact with two wolves. he had heard of the wolves here as very aggresive, but what do the wolves do? one sorta just stands back, sure that the guy had brought a gun, but the other went right up to him and sniffed his hand!! even let the guy pet them. but, oh, that doesnt matter much to some people, so they go and kill them any ways. i mean, if you were a wolf, would you let some guy just go shoot you for target practice? i would fight back, just saying.
