They made their way back to the castle where a maid was waiting looking annoyed. She scowled at the boys
"come on, you're serving at the feast, and the princess needs to get ready, the king hasn't noticed yet, but you better hurry," said the maid and almost dragged the princess inside.
"Rugby is great. The players don't wear helmets or padding; they just beat the living day lights out of each other and them go for beer. I love that"

Rashel stumbled after the maid, following her to her room. She dressed in a tight-fitting pink gown that accentuated her curves and fixed her hair, pulling her boots off and replacing them with nicer shoes. She sat as her hair was finished, replacing the long locks for a bun. She cane down the stairs with a sigh, exhausted from being so cold.

Almost everyone was in the hall. Dukes, princes from other lands, princesses and duchesses. The king was sitting in a long table at the top of the room with a boy, a bit older then Rasthel beside him. The king looked up "Ahh good good, come sit here Rasthel. Andrew get the princess a drink," said the king. Andrew and the other boys were serving. With Andrew and Charlie still having their bandages on.

Andrew was just putting the drink in front of Rasthel when the king grabbed his arm "Why Andrew! Don't you want everyone to see it," he said and pulled the bandage off roughly. Someone else took Charlies off as well, clearly seeing the eye that was burned into their skin. The prince laughed softly "I say, excellent work," he said.

Rashel looked up and pressed a hand to her mouth. "How could you be so inhumane?" she accused, standing up abruptly. "What would your people think if they knew about how you treated your staff? Would they cower in fear or spit at you? I'm sick of being the pawn you want me to be. I'm ashamed to be the daughter of a cynical madman that finds joy and pleasure in hurting others. I'm not afraid any longer."

Everyone was quiet for a minute, but the king opened his mouth and gave a gigantic burp. He was considerable drunk. everyone at once went back to eating. The prince glanced at her then back at Andrew, "You two seem very close," he said, leaning back in his chair and swirling the wine about in his glass.

"Because I stood up for people that otherwise would have gone unnoticed?" she spat. "Perhaps I prefer being friends with people that aren't loyalty. They are nicer and not as cruel and heartless as you." She walked away, feeling sick again. This time, with disgust and disdain towards her father and the arrogant prince.

The king sighed "She's going to be a handful," he murmured
"You have no idea," answered the king groggily. Andrew glanced at Charlie, and they both slipped into the kitchen, dumping the trays and going after the princess. They caught up with her at the stairs "Why are you so upset?" asked Charlie, not really into making her feel better.
