Nene: She curled closer to him and her eyes rested on his face. She still wasnt sure if he was back to normal or not.

Æsc felt her gaze on him and he opened his eyes, a little of the gold had returned, but they were still more grey than usual. He looked a her a moment then ran a hand across her cheek, wiping away the tears there.

Nene: She closed her eyes, exhaling. After a few seconds, her eyes opened, crimson as ever. 'Do you want to go home now?"

Æsc looked at her a moment and replied quietly, "I have no clue how to get home from here." He looked around the forest, Lamia had taken him far from where they had been and trying to walk it would probably take days, if they went the right way.

Nene: She shrugged. "We could just stay here if you want. I can make a fire if you get cold.." The word 'fire' stuck in her throat.
