Lupe smiled and nodded slowly. She looked around the dark room her eyes just beginning to adjust to the darkness.

School just started for me too, that's why i haven't been on much. I have to keep a b+ average at least, or i have to drop all my clubs.

The room looked like it had been pulled out of an old movie.Heavy black velvet drapes had been drawn over the windows so that no sunlight could trickle in, and it was only lit by a few candles. The wallpaper was simple, black with oriental looking symbols traced in gold. There was a chair in the corner, an old book open to almost the end on a small table. The bed was simple red with elegantly done carvings into the frame.

Yea I'm on the shared computer right now. If I get good grades until Christmas I can get my own laptop.

Lupe stood from the bed and went over to the book. Her eyes wandered straight to the cover. Romeo and Juliet "You're reading this?" she looked up at him from the page it was opened to.

Akuma shrugged "I need to do something while the sun is up."

[Delilah Nightingale]

She raised her eyebrows ever so slightly, "I could ditch the humans if you want company. I have got nothing to do there and they probably think I'm dead anyway." she ran a hand through her hair.

Akuma couldn't help but look surprised. "Why would you want to?" the words escaped his lips unbidden.

She shrugged, "There's nothing to do, but write in a stupid diary all day."

"That doesn't sound like much of a life.." Akuma said, seeming sincere.

"Yea there's not much to write about except how our cook rarely cooks anything decent and how we wish we could have a better life." she laughed, "They pity themselves."

"Pity never helped anyone." Akuma said, nodding. "Though, I'll admit, some of them do fight pretty hard."
