Wow, lately there have been some good stories. I thought I would have a go and try one. This one is themed on the song "The Story of Us" by Taylor Swift. It's probably not the best, but I would like some feedback.
The way you read it is you read the normal colored text until you meet the blue text, then you wait for the song to get to that part, because the blue is actual lyrics from the song. Thanks.

| I used to think one day we'd tell the story of us,
How we met and how the sparks flew instantly.
And how people would say "They're the lucky ones." |
She remembered last summer. When they had went to an amusement park. He bought her some cotton candy and won her a large stuffed animal on one of the games. They held hands on the ferris wheel as they watched the sunset. That was months ago.
Now he held his back to her. She wanted to say that she loved him and she didn't mean what she said, but she couldn't. She bit her tongue to keep out the tears as her left the room. The door slammed and she started to cry. How could he?
| The story of us looks a lot like a tragety now.
Next Chapter. |
School starts. She entered the classroom, late. She looked around. All the desks were taken, except for the one next to him. He looked ahead as she sat down. He wouldn't even look at her. It almost made her cry. But she couldn't. She bit her tongue.
At luch she spotted him across the room, talking to his friends. Like he didn't care about her anymore. She needed to know, did it hurt him like it did her?
The next day the same stuatation occured during first period. She pulled at her shirt and he started working. She pulled out the paper and started to work, but she couldn't concentrate. Did he really not care?
For the next couple days this kept up. She couldn't do it anymore, pretending not to care. She had to know if he cared. At lunch the next day she saw him sitting alone at his table.
She gathered up her courage and approached him.
He glared as she approached. She gulped. "Listen," She said to him. "This is killing me, preneting not to care about you. I'm sorry about everything. Will you awnser me? Do you care?"
He looked up at her face and his glare softened. His lips started to move, then he stopped, and walked away.
| The story of us looks a lot like a tragety now.
