~Kiara Hale~District 10~14~Female

Kiara was startled as a boy started talking to her from the other side of the tree. A growl began rumbling in Aspen's throat. "Aspen, sit." She said, and Aspen's butt sank to the ground. Kiara smiled kindly at the boy, and when he complimented on her shooting, her smile turned into an embarrassed grin. "Why, thanks." She said, her cheeks flushing. She looked up into his eyes and held out her hand. "My names Kiara Hale. My friends call me Kiki."

-Brock Stoner- District 10- Age 15

Brock held his hand out and shock Kiki's hand with a smile, trying to think of what to say next. He looked down at his feet and back up a Kiki quickly. "So" He said, still thinking. "Do you hunt here often? I've never seen you before." Brock said looking down at Aspen. Getting down on one knee putting his hand out to let the dog smell. He looked back over his shoulder to make sure his sister Stone was still were he saw her last, picking erbs and berries.

Kiara smiled. "I usually hunt here, but I'm more evasive about it. Aspen must've been distracted by something, because it took her much longer than usual to take this deer down." She patted Aspen's head, whose tongue lolled out and she began happily panting. Kiara took her eyes off of Aspen. "I guess I don't really have to hunt," she shrugged, "but it gives me something to do after I milk the cows. It also makes me feel better about myself, having a talent and all. My ma and pa own a nice little Dairy here." She said proudly. "Now,either I didn't catch your name, or you didn't mention it. What is it?"

Amber looked around, looking for the boy she had talked to yesterday. She looked hard, as people looked at her like she was strange. She sighed and started to pace around the District, but soon becoming filled with doubt. I can see why he wouldn't want to talk to me, I mean look at me. She sighed as she turned around slowly.

Jay blinked his eyes open and sat up slowly, stretching his arms and legs. He cracked his back because it hurt from laying on the hard ground around the tree. He stood slowly and noticed Anne was still asleep, and Mountain was probably off hunting for a rat or something. He walked over to the sidewalk and started to slowly head towards the place he last saw Amber, rubbing his eyes.

By now Amber figured she wasn't going to find Jay so she sighed and started walk back to her house, which would take a good 30 minutes. She wondered where he could have gone. She shrugged and started walking.

Jay looked around and didn't see her, so he started walking towards where he first saw her, hoping she'd be there. By then, he had started running. She has to be here -somewhere-..She has to be... He kept running, slightly smirking.
