Tundra nodded and gripped the back of her kill's neck and began to drag it, following Dagger. She also kept her nose out for bears, knowing they were notorious for stealing kills from other animals. She had experienced it on a few occasions herself. The thought made her grip the deer even tighter with her jaws and flatten her ears.

Blazerunner frowned and looked up at the tree top canopy. He would be thrown out of his current pack if they saw him with Star right now. He shivered at the prospect of being thrown out and not accepted anywhere because of his decisions. He looked back down at Star with sadness in his eyes. "Star... I.. I have something else to confess," he murmured, looking at his paws as he shuffled them.

Lunarlight looked over at Ravenheart and smiled at her offer. "Sure!" she said. She tilted her head for a moment and then looked back at Raven. "Any place you have in mind to hunt?" she asked with a smile.

Moonrose looked up and watched Faded Rose and Death. She sighed, sadness clear in her sigh and eyes. She would probably never get a mate. No one had really liked her in the pack because she was an outsider. But it was the only pack that had taken her in so she had stayed. But did she really want to stay? She shook her head and stood up, walking off away from the meeting spot and towards the forest. She was going to take a walk to clear her mind.

Dagger could sense her tension and pondered on what she could be thinking about. He continued to drag his kill to camp and when he got there, was surprised to see only two other wolves in camp.

Rose shook her head and hung it low to the ground. She lifted her head agin and said, "Let's get on with the meeting. I ave some not so great news." She lifted her head higher until she was looking directly at the other wolves. "Wp;ves of Fading Rose pack" she began. "I have an announcement to make. First, that food is becoming more and more scarce as winter approaches us. Second, I have noticed humans while hunting. Has anyone else seen this?" she questioned, listening to the silence that followed her announcement.

(It would be nice if some of your wolves actually had noticed humans, so even if you didn't post it before, feel free to say that they did see it)

"Yes?" Stardust questioned, looking up at him with pure wonder and even a slight hint of love in her eyes.

"I was thinking we could go to Redwood River" Ravenheart said. "The deer and elk are constantly stopping there for water." she added with a grin, licking her lips at the thought of fresh food. She noticed Dagger and Tundra enter camp, each dragging a deer behind them, She nodded a greeting and turned back to Lunarlight.

Rose's ears perked up. She wasn't sure if she should be pleased or worried now. She could be pleased because that was one less hunter after them, but worried because that meant not only did the humans have a good reason to hunt them, but that they would have one wolf that they would be sure to hunt down and kill, Death.

Tundra drug her kill still watching for bears and when she put it down, she sniffed the air to be one hundred percent sure, stepping forward a few paces and standing over the deer.

Blazerunner sighed and looked up at Star, his eyes full of love. "I... well... I've always... loved you. I hope you don't doubt that," he said, quickly adding the last sentence. He looked into Lost Stardust's eyes, seeing but not believing the hint of love that was in there. He couldn't be sure because it was just a small spark that could easily be mistaken for imagination.

Lunarlight thought about the suggestion for a moment and then shook her head, remembering the last time she went there a day or two ago. "We can't... I... I haven't said anything yet so as not to panic the other wolves but I've seen a few humans there," she murmured in a low voice to Ravenheart. She said it so seriously, that one could know she wasn't joking about this.

Moonrose twitched her ears when she heard the announcement as she padded out of camp. She stopped at the entrance. Humans? But then that means no more walks alone to clear my head! she thought despairingly. She sighed and went over to the Hunters' den, going inside. She curled up in there and decided to think to herself in there. She didn't know what to do. She saw how Lilac Smoke always looked at Faded Rose. Wait, why was she worrying about this when there were humans about?! Stupid stupid stupid. I'm so self centered sometimes, she thought miserably.
