Lilac Smoke

Lilac saw Rose looking at him and felt Moon tense. His head was in turmoil. He loved Rose but he didnt want to hurt anyone.

Star stops strangling when he says her name and she slips off of him. "Blazerunner?" she questions, surprised she hadn't realized who exactly this was.

Blazerunner coughed and rolled over onto his paws with a crooked grin at Lost Stardust. "Yup, that's me," he says, his tail wagging happily. He thought this day would never come. He stood up and smiled at Star sadly this time. "But, should you really be on Thunder Valley territory?" he asked, cocking his head. He didn't want to chase her out and he didn't want to be considered a traitor to his pack.. but his love for Star made him let her stay right now.

Star hadn't realized she had crossed the border when she tackled Blazerunner. She took a few akward steps back until she was in her own territory. She smiled a bit, wishing he were still part of the Lost Star pack. "How have you been?" she asked.

Dagger looked at the group of deer in front of him, his mouth watering. He could easily take one of the does down, but to challenge himself, he chose to take down a buck. He launched his huge body forward and tackled one, using his weight to take the buck down. He growled and after delivering a strong bite to its rump. He slipped off and went for its neck, biting down until blood filled his mouth and he realeased it. The buck dropped to te ground, dead.

In a mere second, Dagger had taken the wolf down, leaving Tundra in the dust. She looked around, confused. "That was fast," She said, hobbling lightly from the brush with a laugh.

Blazerunner watched as Star backed up some into her own territory and he took a few steps so that he was standing right on the border, Star's and his noses almost touching as he stared into her eyes for a moment before smiling and looking away. "I've been good. Stormbird is a good leader but he seems to have drifted away from being a friend," he said with a chuckle, taking an awkward step backwards so Star and him weren't so close. He looked back at Star and smiled. "What about you? How is your pack?" he asked brightly, wagging his tail.

"My pack is great" Star beamed. "We're really all coming together and becoming really close."She fought the rge to step forward again.

Dagger laughed looking down at his kill. "Your turn" he said and began to drag his kill away. He stopped at the edge of the clearing and waited.

She nodded and took chase of a doe that had slowed to watch what was going on, the young animal caught off guard by the second attack. She spun, kicking her front feet out, only to get herself rammed over backwards with a wolf head to the stomach. The doe squealed as it scrabbled to get up but Tundra was too quick. She launched herself at the doe's head, biting down on it at the base of the skull, crushing the bone and killing her instantly. She drug the doe over to where Dagger waited, her tail wagging, please at herself with having been able to do it with an injured paw.

Blazerunner sighed and smiled at Star. "That's good to hear," he said with a smile and then looked at his paws. "To be perfectly honest with you, I... well I regret my decision of going against you. I really miss you and the other Paradise pack members that stayed with you," he said, regret heavily in his voice. He looked up at Star and smiled sadly. "And we can't really meet each other like I want us, too, because we have to stay loyal to our packs," he added with a sigh. He hated how loyalty restricted them to not see each other.

Lunarlight had a couple rabbits in her jaws as she returned to camp. She looked around as she placed the rabbits on the kill pile and noticed that Star had not come back yet. She sighed and looked around camp, wondering if there was someone to talk to or maybe hunt with.

Death looked at Rose and sighed

Dagger nodded approvingly. "Let's get these back to camp" he said calmly and got a grip on the buck he had taken down. He dug his dagger like teeth into the flesh and began to pull it.

Star nodded with agreement. She wished there was some way they could keep seeing eachother, but she was positive their packs would get suspiscious. And if they did, Blazerunner would probably be thrown out. She wasn't sure what would happen to herself, for she was the Alpha, and you can't just ban the alpha from the pack.

Rose looked over at Death with a lop-sided smile. She wished she could decide who she cared about more, Lilac, or Death, but it was so hard to choose.

Ravenheart flicked her ears and looked at Lunarlight, who looked rather bored. She padded over to her. "You wanna hunt?" she asked, feeling bored herself.
