Sum whinnied oludly as he nudged Athena to trot away. He kept his head high as he headed up the mountainside. calling out to mares every now and then. He smiled at athena, then puased. "You want herd mates, right?" he asked.

Athena nodded happily. "No, I wouldn't mind. But I will admit, I do have a bit of a strong will. I get it honestly from my mother."
(not much really, herd chatter)

Sum chuckled as he thought about the jackpot he had hit in the young mare. "Me too. Especially on how mares should be treated" he admitted guiltily. He smiled as an idea came to him. "Maybe you being lead mare would fix that?" he said teasingly, but he meant it.

Sage watched as a mare trotted up to another horse. She didnt know what they were doing so she didn't mind she continued to eat some grass.
(Maybe Budda could snake her or just ask her to be in his herd. Or anyone else can steal her )

Athena smiled boadly. She could sense the sincerity in the comedy. "I would like that. Really, I would" she said happily. She wondered who else he would adopt. She was going to ask him until a fly landed on her thigh and she swished her tail. Oop.

Treeshka looked around and saw the stallion attempting to impress her. She was a level-headed mare like her mother and didn't really take a huge fancy to him right away. She swished her tail a bit andcontinued to graze.

Devarian returned to his post on the cliff edge and smiled at Echo and whinnied back.

She trotted over and snuggled up to him as best as she could. But she feared their hight.

Devarian saw the look on Echo's face and stepped away a bit so she could relax and not worry about the edge. He nuzzled her back happily.
