It's been rare for a while now. It wasn't always rare but it didn't change recently either.

Does anyone else think the Black and Green Dragon Dogs from the Medieval Faire have a pretty decent chance of going rare? Not soon, but maybe within the course of a year...they're definitely the rarer outcomes.
